Delivery&Returns

By making a purchase from the Torre Distillery online shop or in the distillery shop, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Order Processing:

    • Orders placed through our online shop will be processed within 1-3 working days.

    • The distillery shop is closed on public holidays, so any orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day.

    • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number.

  2. Delivery:

    • All deliveries for online shop orders will be processed via Royal Mail (up to two bottles) and DHL (for more than two).

    • We can only deliver to UK addresses.

Please note that free shipping is not available; shipping costs will apply.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products:

    • We strive for customer satisfaction and take great care in the manufacturing, packaging, and delivery of our products.

    • If your purchase from our online store or distillery shop arrives damaged or faulty, you have the option to request a full refund or exchange for a replacement product(s) of equal value.

  2. Refund or Exchange Process:

    • To request a full refund or exchange, notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • In your email, indicate whether you prefer a full refund or exchange and provide the following details: order confirmation number, product name, full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

    • Only unopened products in their original packaging will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • Approved refunds will be credited to the method of payment used during the original transaction within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning items to ensure protection and insurance during transit.

  3. Non-Compliance:

    • Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the product(s) being returned to you, and you will not receive a refund or be eligible for an exchange.

  4. Age Verification:

    • Please be aware that proof of age may be required upon delivery of your order.
